Would you say Jesus is alive? -Yes.
Would you say you have met Him? -Yes.
Would you say you have ate with Him? -Yes.
‘I love you Jesus. You are very good.’
Acts 10:38-43 (KJ2000) ” 38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. 39 And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree: 40 Him God raised up the third day, and showed him openly; 41 Not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before of God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead. 42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he who was ordained of God to be the Judge of the living and dead. 43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believes in him shall receive remission of sins.”
Luke 24:1-8 (KJ2000) ” 1 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulcher, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others came with them. 2 And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulcher. 3 And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. 4 And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: 5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the ground, they said unto them, Why seek you the living among the dead? 6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spoke unto you when he was yet in Galilee, 7 Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again. 8 And they remembered his words,”
Luke 24:9-12 (KJ2000) ” 9 And returned from the sepulcher, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest. 10 It was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, who told these things unto the apostles. 11 And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not. 12 Then arose Peter, and ran unto the sepulcher; and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which had come to pass.”
Luke 24:30-32 (KJ2000) ” 30 And it came to pass, as he sat to eat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and broke it, and gave to them. 31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight. 32 And they said one to another, Did not our hearts burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?”
‘Jesus open my eyes and the eyes of everyone around me to Your glorious love.’
Sometimes I wish I could take a picture of Jesus and in a way I can. In acts of love that I see accomplished, in the beauty I see in people. But it is not a physical body that walks around. it is Spirit. Part of God’s genius is to be all powerful and still keep anonymity.
‘Thank you Jesus for building faith in me and for burning my heart (within me) while You talk with me by the way and open scriptures to me.”
